1. The polyurethane insulation pipe can be maintained on a regular basis according to the season. The time should start before November 15. Spring and autumn are more suitable. When maintaining the insulation pipe, the water in the terminal of the heating pipe network should be drained first, and the operation should be carried out with clean water or dirt and rust treatment equipment. After the water is full, pressure test should be carried out to ensure the stability of the heating pipe.

2. All pipelines shall be inspected one by one at the joints of pipe trench wells and valves, and a layer of anti-corrosion paint can be applied on the surface of pipe valve joints to prevent serious corrosive chemicals from causing corrosion to insulation pipes.


3. The safety system of directly buried polyurethane insulation pipe and the operation status of boiler instruments should be checked regularly, and the data analysis of medium temperature of each pipe network should be checked regularly to minimize the potential safety hazards in the working process.
